Responsibilities:
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and other reports as required by management
• Conduct proactive analysis of variances from budget
• Handle the financial month-end-close process each month
• Analyze proactively client deal terms and agency compliance to contracts
• Manage accounting activities including, oversight of general ledger (p&l and balance sheet), account analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing
• Communicate effectively and productively with all levels of employees
• Update senior team members on best practices and guide approach to client financial discussions
• Conduct staff training on finance, operational topics
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a finance position or similar role
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
