We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for an opportunity located in Scottsdale! You will be responsible for front desk duties and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- First point of contact for all clients and visitors entering the office
- Provide general support and excellent customer service
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time in coordination with accounting
- Answer inbound telephone calls and direct them as needed
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Perform all other office tasks
- 1+ years of previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
