Executive Assistant - LOS ANGELES, CA

Pay: $70K - $100K/Year DOE.

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join a phenomenal team located in Los Angeles, CA! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs of Executive
  • Arrange conference calls and meetings
  • Plan work-related travel details
  • Receive visitors
  • Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff
  • Maintain and order supplies

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
