We are seeking an Office Manager to join a great team! You will perform clerical, marketing and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Assist President of company with all projects and travel coordination
- Assist with marketing efforts
- Invoicing and data entry using QuickBooks
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- 3+ years of previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- QuickBooks experience (required)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
