Office Manager - Scottsdale, AZ

Pay: $45K-$65K/year DOE.

We are seeking an Office Manager to join a great team! You will perform clerical, marketing and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Assist President of company with all projects and travel coordination
  • Assist with marketing efforts
  • Invoicing and data entry using QuickBooks
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • QuickBooks experience (required)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
